Who is responsible for your data?
Percussion-Music.com is operated by Dutch Music Partners B.V. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, billing address, country and, when provided, telephone number.
- Order details, purchased titles, download information and customer-service correspondence.
- Account information if you create an account.

- Your email address and consent status if you subscribe to the newsletter.
We do not receive or store your complete card details. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider.

Personal stamping and country checks
Purchased PDF files may be stamped with information that identifies the purchaser. This helps us protect composers and enforce the personal-use licence.
We may use your billing country and technical location information to apply sales and licensing restrictions. Digital orders are not available to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with companies that help us operate the service, such as our hosting provider, WooCommerce, payment providers including Stripe and PayPal, email delivery or newsletter services, security services and professional advisers.
These providers process data under their own privacy terms or on our instructions. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
Cookies and analytics
