- Additional Information
Choros is transliterated from the Greek word “Xopós” which is pronounced “chorus.” In ancient Greece, those that worshiped the god Dionysus (Bacchus) formed a circle and danced during the Spring festival for the harvesting of grapes. Dionysus was the god of wine and merrymaking. “Xopós” was the word for unison movement.
